Terms of Service

1. Account & User Eligibility

1.1 You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. Minors may only use the App with valid parental or legal guardian consent.

1.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials you use to access the App, and for all activities conducted under your account.

1.3 You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when required by our App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use our App solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable app store rules (Google Play / App Store).

You may not:

• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble or extract source code of the App;
• Rent, lease, distribute, resell or sublicense the App to any third party without our written approval;
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary marks, copyright or trademark notices within the App.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using our applications, you agree not to:

3.1 Violate any local, national or international laws, regulations or third-party rights;

3.2 Upload, store or share content that is illegal, infringing, violent, hateful, deceptive, pornographic or harassing;

3.3 Interfere with, disrupt or overload the App’s servers, networks or technical infrastructure;

3.4 Use bots, scrapers, automation tools or exploit vulnerabilities to access data or manipulate App functions without our written permission;

3.5 Impersonate any person, entity or falsely state your affiliation with any third party;

3.6 Collect personal data of other users without explicit consent.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 All text, images, graphics and other materials you create, upload or store within the App (“User Content”) remain your intellectual property.

4.2 By submitting User Content to our Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, process and distribute such content solely to operate and improve our applications.

4.3 You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to upload your User Content and that it does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other third-party rights. You shall fully indemnify us against any claims arising from unauthorized content you provide.

5. Third-Party Services

Our applications integrate third-party SDKs, advertising tools, analytics platforms and cloud services.

We do not control and assume no liability for the terms, privacy policies or operations of any third-party service. Your use of integrated third-party tools is subject to their respective agreements.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 All trademarks, logos, software code, UI design, text and graphics within the App are the exclusive intellectual property of Triple Vortex Pte Ltd or our licensors. No right to use such IP is granted to you outside the limited usage license above.

6.2 You may not use our brand names, logos or trademarks for commercial purposes without our prior written authorization.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

7.1 We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time, without prior notice, for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons.

7.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation of the App, and are not liable for temporary outages, data loss or service interruptions.

8. Termination

8.1 These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App.

8.2 We may suspend or permanently terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, violate applicable laws, or cause harm to our platform or other users.

8.3 Upon termination, all licenses granted to you shall expire, and you must cease all use of our applications. We may delete your stored User Content after a reasonable retention period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted service. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, fix all defects or operate without security risks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

10.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, including loss of profits, data, business revenue or goodwill.

10.2 Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Service in the past twelve months, or zero if you use the App free of charge.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Triple Vortex Pte Ltd, its officers, employees and partners from all losses, damages, liabilities, costs and legal fees arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your User Content uploaded to the App;
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights;
• Any activity conducted under your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

13. Amendments to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be published within the App or on our official page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
